Iltmase Duaa....

On the 2nd of Muharram 61 A. H.......

 

He ( Imam  Hussain as.)  wept and said : "O Allah! W e are the progeny of your Prophet.  these people have dragged us out of our houses and have driven us and have constrained us from the place of our grandfather (Madina).  the Bani Umayyah have oppressed us.  O Allah! Take away our rights from them and help us over these tyrants."

Then he proceeded from there and on Wednesday or Thursday entered Karbala on the second of Muharram 61 A.H.  then he turned towards his companions and said,  "People are the slaves of this world and Religion is  only  a lip-service for them, and they will take care of it until it is pleasurable, and when the crucible of trials approaches, only a few religious ones remain."

Then he asked,  "Is this place Karbala"?  the people replied in the affirmative.  He said,  "This is the place of grief and trials and this is the place of the resting of our Camels, our haulting place, station of our martyrdom and where our blood shall be spilled."...........

I will lament for you...

Salam, as you know how the months of Muharram, Safar, are important to many Shias... Our Imam is the most in grieve at this time... of all the human kind.... Our Imam not only crys with tears but the tears are of blood... not just our Imam of age, but our pure fourteen lights are all in greif....As it is said that Bibi Fatima al Zahra..sa.. goes to all the majalis that takes place....

These ten days are the most respected.. we must remember the  most un-thinkable sacrifice of the Imam.. and this signifies the whole entire beginning of the Adam as...  why we are here and what it means to be a human! 

Imam Hussain as. stood for oppression, stood for tyranny, stood for the truth!...

( as many muslims believe).

Now, as our Imam of time says.. "I will lament morning and evening for you and weep for you with tears of blood....." to Ya Hussain as.. that shows that we must grieve for the third Imam, and his family and companions, as much as we can....for what he went through for all of us.....and that is what many shias do, we are sad, and we get dressed in black since it is the dress of mourning.. and many hadiths says that... bibi Zainab as . was the first women to wear black after the tragedy of Karbala..that took place.  That is why all the shias wear black on the 10 days of the month of Muharram to pay respect to Imam Hussain as and his family and companions.

When Imam al Zamana as.  arrives, he will reveal, everything that happened to Imam al Hussain as.  As you know we only know what is in the books of hadiths,  in many hadiths it is said that if we knew more of what happened to the Imam Hussain as., and his family we will not be able to grasp it. When the Imam of age arrives he will recall all, it  is said that many will die crying,  for the tragedy of Karbala.  Mainly because of the abundance of injustice, with unthinkable oppression that took over the Prophets family.  If the earth cryed and skys wept...  for the tragedy of Karbala why can't a human that was created with a heart!

Insha'Allah we all have the love of Imam Hussain as love in our hearts..., so our souls can be purified.

Muharram 1432

Salam.. it has been a long time I have penned..or typed.. on this blog.. wanted to start again, and now it is Muharram 1432 another year has began in the Islamic calender, many have seen the moon of the month of Muharram and unfortunately I did not..so now begins the journey of ten days ...Many are off to the shrine to show respect.. how lucky they are to be there at the haram.. May Allah swt.. help and protect them in their journey.. Insha'Allah we all get the chance again to be there.. I can only remember in my memory of the muqaddas place, as I was there when I was very little.. , but the memory is very strong, indeed...Ya Hussain...! Ya Abbas! (as).‎
